You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact e88e support immediately.

The rules governing financial transactions on e88e are detailed below:

Deposit: Deposits are generally instant. Only approved payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are accepted. All deposit amounts must fall within the specified minimum and maximum limits. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal: KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Once your initial verification is approved, subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified period after a bonus is claimed — the bonus will be forfeited once the deadline passes.

• E88e reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• Misusing a bonus or violating its terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games on e88e run on third-party-verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every game outcome is completely random and impartial — neither e88e nor any player can manipulate the results.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In any dispute regarding game rules, e88e's interpretation shall be considered final.
• E88e is not liable for any game loss resulting from an internet disconnection.
• If a software error causes an abnormal win in any game, e88e reserves the right to void that win.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e88e and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or government authority.
• Upon a voluntary account closure request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before closure. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.
